🌷 Spring is here, and so is our team, working hard on the next big thing. This month there was still time to work on multiple projects and release a handful of important updates.
What's New
In March, we released the following:
Web SDK 2.7.2
With the release of iOS 16.4, this small update to our Web SDK includes important optimizations that allow you to take full advantage of push notifications in mobile Safari. Just so you know, no changes are required, in your implementation, when you update to this version. We've recently written something about it; you can read it all on this page.
Loyalty v1 Passes Migration
It is now possible to migrate digital passes from our v1 to v2 and easily create an updated version of your passes that work in both Apple and Google Wallet. This is streamlined in our import jobs, where you can provide a list of existing passes and easily configure them to use a new v2 universal template. You can read more about this in this post.
Misc. Improvements
Other enhancements released this month:
- Important improvements in how you use a criteria's device properties.
- Added badge to Web options in Push message composers
- Improvements in all API search endpoints
